Shipping Policy
We dispatch physical goods from the Qingdao area of Shandong, China, by air to serviceable nonremote destinations. We check the full delivery address and import restrictions before accepting an order.
Air shipping price reference
The figures below are examples from FedEx China’s 2026 International Priority Express export tariff for provinces other than Guangdong and Fujian, for a 0.5 kg parcel. They are reference figures only in CNY, not our checkout charges and not a live FedEx quote. Our carrier may differ.

These tariff examples exclude fuel surcharge and special fees. Final shipping depends on the packed weight and dimensions, destination postcode, service availability and current carrier charges. Heavier, large or multi-item parcels cost more. We will show the actual store shipping charge separately from the product price before payment. For destinations we cannot serve or remote postcodes, we will ask for an address review before accepting an order.
Delivery time
As a speed reference, FedEx says International Priority Express typically reaches select destinations in 1–2 business days after dispatch. That is a carrier benchmark, not our delivery promise. Handling, customs, holidays and local conditions can add time; we will confirm the available service and a destination-specific estimate before the order is accepted.
Customs and taxes
Our intended pricing includes our estimated customs clearance, duties and import taxes in the product price; these are not listed as a separate checkout fee. We will confirm that a shipper-paid customs arrangement is available for the destination before accepting an order.
